We’re sharing some of the moments that made our year.

Fortunately, we’re in a very different place to where we were even 12 months ago. The return of live events brought like-minded people back together again and it was great to see! We delivered work for new and returning clients, some of which included Pfizer, Xactly, Junior Achievement and OVO Energy.

As part of Bristol’s 80th anniversary of the Atlantic Charter Declaration, Ignition’s CEO, Sam Rowe, formed part of a roundtable discussion on exporting to the USA, to celebrate the UK/USA special relationship. Sam shared her knowledge and expertise with SME’s about establishing your business in the US, having offices in both Bristol and Indianapolis.

Samantha Rowe, CEO of Ignition DG was honoured to receive The Queen's Awards for Enterprise from Mrs Peaches Golding OBE CStJ, Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant for Bristol.

Pictured below are some of the team outside our Bristol offices, celebrating receiving The Queen’s Award for Enterprise for Sustainable Development - including company Founder Claire Menzies. Claire set out right from the company’s first days to make a difference in the events and exhibition industry by balancing people and planet with profit.

Two

We were included in a book to celebrate 300 Years of Leadership & Innovation. The publication celebrates the best of British leadership and coincides with the 300th anniversary of Britain's first prime minister and HM The Queen's 95th birthday. The books feature those who have shaped British society, past and present; from Walpole to Cromwell, Churchill to Blair, The Queen and Prince Charles, to captains of industry.

On behalf of Ignition, Sam Rowe attended The Queen’s Awards Ceremony at Windsor Castle for 2020 and 2021 winners. Ignition received The Queen’s Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development. We are the only events company in the world to have achieved this.
