Our CEO, Sam Rowe has been named as one of the UK’s Top Ten Women in Business.

The 10 female UK business leaders nominated by Business Game Changer Magazine are of different ages, social backgrounds and industries. However, the one common thread which unites them is that they dared to believe. And, in believing, they made the seemingly impossible a reality.

We’re delighted that Sam Rowe has been recognised for her stellar leadership and growth of Ignition, into a multi-award-winning, global exhibition and events agency.

Sam, alongside Claire Menzies (Chairwoman & Founder of Istoria Group & Ignition) has built a company offering a positive experience for staff, partners and clients, as well as encouraging others in our industry to develop more sustainable practices.

“I have had the privilege of working with Samantha Rowe for more than 14 years. Together, we made a brave move to a new type of agency model, when I founded Ignition in 2007 (Ignition is the largest business in Istoria Group) where we sought to do things differently, more responsibly, more thoughtfully and with greater environmental care.
