The brief

Create a space that welcomes delegates to have conversations and meetings on booth. Use as many multi-use items as possible to reduce environmental impact.

Walkthrough

To create spaces for conversations, we created an open and welcoming environment. As part of this, the layout created space for five demonstration areas to allow for exploration of the product, hosted presentations, and an impactful experience.

Two enclosed meeting rooms were designed for comfort – ensuring that the Thales team and their clients had the optimum environment to conduct important conversations in.

The vast majority of elements utilised were multi-use items, allowing for the same ‘kit of parts’ to be reused and evolved into future booth design concepts. Those that were not, were either recycled or repurposed with nothing going to waste. Carbon emissions were considered, measured, reported on and off-set.
